Assets targeted are multi-unit apartments and industrial properties located in A, B and C suburban and metropolitan areas. We target 1975+ year built improvements to avoid common construction inefficiencies. We target long term growth markets in order to achieve stability and long term rental and value appreciation.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and underwriting. His goal is to provide value through diligent and accurate underwriting while always under promising and over delivering. The principal brings experience in underwriting deals, managing lender and equity/debt partners along the acquisition process, and implementing plans for operations of multifamily and industrial properties.
